Global Tag ON-METAL TOKKY 34 is a round RFID hard tag, suitable for both metal and no metal surfaces. This IP68 transponder can be mounted in indoor and outdoor environments.

ON-METAL TOKKY 34 has a 34mm diameter and a 5mm internal hole: it can be mounted on every surface through screws, rivets or with the backside 3M glue.
For the most industrial uses, the optional resin injection makes the tag highly strong and resistant.

Values in the table are the best recommendations; resistance against environmental conditions depends on the combinations of all influencing factors, exposure duration and
chemical concentrations. Thus, product’s final suitability for certain environmental conditions is recommended to be tested. We are available for other information.

Printing and custom options

Printing laser engraving: Serial UID, serial progressive number from database, randomize number from database text and Barcode or
QRCode. Other customization on required.
Silk Printing: 4-colors printing logo
Pre-Encoding: Customer specific encoding LF or HF (ISO15693 or ISO14443) user memory. For NFC chip encoding memory with different
type of NFC (E-mail, URI etc.)
Resin: This option helps to make the tag stronger and the antenna more stable.

installation mode

3M 467MP Adhesive: when mounting the tag with backside adhesive, clean and dry the surface in order to get the maximum bond strength.

Screws: Size M5.
Pop Rivet: Size 5mm.
