RFID ON-METAL HARD TAG "RAPTORY"

Global Tag RAPTORY Tag is an industrial rfid anti-metal tag, with IP68 class protection. It has two holes for a quick mounting. It is available in LF, HF, UHF and also NFC.

RAPTORY can be glued or screwed on all surface thanks to 3M adhesive ad Foam that helps to improve the adherence on irregular surfaces.

Different customization are available as color mold, UID or serial number engraving, memory encoding.

No physical or performance changes in (tested up to, more hours can be):

– 24 hours NaOH Caustic Soda (10%, PH 13) exposure
– 24 hours HCl Muriatic Acid (10%) exposure
– 24 hours Na2CO3 Soda Solvay
– 24 hours NH3 Ammoniac (5% to 25%)
Values in the table are the best recommendations; resistance against environmental conditions depends on the combinations of all influencing factors, exposure duration and
chemical concentrations. Thus, product’s final suitability for certain environmental conditions is recommended to be tested. We are available for other information.

Printing and custom options

Printing laser engraving: Serial UID, serial progressive number from database, randomize number from database text and Barcode or
QRCode. Other customization on required.
Silk Printing: 4-colors printing logo
Pre-Encoding: Customer specific encoding of EPC or User Memory (also from Database). Locking permanently or with password. Insert into
Database TID code.
On Dual Frequency type, insert in EPC UHF serial UID of LF or HF inlay

installation mode

With 3M 467MP Adhesive model: when mounting the tag with adhesive background, clean and dry the surface for obtaining maximum
bond strength.
