RFID High Temperature Tag

Global Tag HT TAG is a RFID and NFC tag which can resist high temperatures, up to 200°C.
HT TAG is suitable for projects where the need is a transponder able to withstand heat, but also dust, shock and water immersions. Given its features, this model is more and more selected for the identification and tracking of objects in the industrial world.

Many customizations are available, such as laser engraving and memory encoding. Besides, an UHF version of the tag has been designed.

Values in the table are the best recommendations; resistance against environmental conditions depends on the combinations of all influencing factors, exposure duration and
chemical concentrations. Thus, product’s final suitability for certain environmental conditions is recommended to be tested. We are available for other information.

Printing and custom options

Laser engraving: Serial numbers, Codes from customer database, QR and barcode.
Memory encoding: It is possible to encode the memory/EPC of the HF and UHF tags
Foam and/or Glue: It is possible to order the product with an additional layer of foam, in order to improve the adherence, and with hot melt
or 3M adhesive
UHF version: A PPS 18mm diameter tag has been developed for specific applications.
