Global Tag launches Microty, the small-sized RFID UHF on metal tag

RFID technology applications frequently require tags tuned for metal use that are also extremely versatile and flexible  in terms of applicability.

Mainly because of these needs, arisen thanks to the more and more interest  of the industrial sector for the innovation, automation and artificial intelligence (features of the Smart factory, or Industry 4.0),  Global Tag has decided to introduce in its product range a new tag, Microty UHF.

The name of this tag (derived by the name of a dinosaur) is due to the continuity that there is between the features of this new tag and the features of  RFID tags T-Rexy and  Raptory, all products designed for metal surface applications.

Microty, inter alia, perfectly completes this family of tags, differing from them for the very small size and for its incredible versatility, features that make it an ideal solution for IT asset management applications. A very all-surfaces tag, Microty UHF can be applied through the following ways:

using the 3M adhesive, strong glue that is on the back of the tag.
– making use of the dedicated holes in order o fix it with cable ties or iron wire
– choosing the option  magnet, that enables to save the  tag, particularly if the need is frequently to fix and to remove the tag from a metal surface.

Besides, the UHF on metal tag Microty, has a printable side that allows to the user to customize it with logos, serial numbers, barcodes and QRcodes.
