For specific projects, the PVC tag can be created with customized design, according to the customer ideas.
Some of the most original PVC tags were created for marketing purposes, customer experience applications or due to dimensional/shape constraints.

The customization of the PVC tags can also be extended to other options, such as the tag operation on metal surfaces, the treatament which improves the resistances to UV rays, the choice of the tag color, the offset printing of logos and the indelible laser engraving of variable contents, like serial numbers, barcodes and QR’s.

– 24 hours NH3 Ammoniac (5% to 25%)
Values in the table are the best recommendations; resistance against environmental conditions depends on the combinations of all influencing factors, exposure duration and
chemical concentrations. Thus, product’s final suitability for certain environmental conditions is recommended to be tested. We are available for other information.

DUAL FREQUENCY SOLUTIONS AVAILABLE

Printing and custom options

Printing offset: 1, 2 or 4-colors logo printing,
Laser engraving: Serial numbers, Codes from customer database, QR and barcode.
Pre-Encoding: Customer specific encoding of EPC or User Memory (from Database too). Permanent or by password lock. TID/EPC in database.
For Dual Frequency cards, record of UID (of HF/LF) in the EPC (UHF).
Signature field: The PVC custom shape can be provided with the space which captures the user’s signature.
On-Metal Layer: An insulant layer (+ glue) can be added, in order to mount the RFID PVC custom shape on metal surface without losing RF performances (for HF version only).
